Product Description
Linear Guide is a precision mechanical element used for linear motion, widely used in automation equipment, CNC machine tools, 3D printers, medical equipment and other fields. Main structure of linear guide
1.Rail
Usually made of high-strength alloy steel (such as SUJ2) or stainless steel, the surface is hardened (such as quenching, grinding), with high rigidity and wear resistance.
There are one or more precision-machined raceways on the rail to guide the movement of balls or rollers.
2.Slider/Block
It contains a ball or roller circulation system inside, and smooth movement is achieved by rolling the rolling body on the rail raceway.
The slider usually has mounting holes for fixing loads (such as workbenches, robotic arms, etc.).
3.Rolling Elements
Ball type: low friction, high speed, suitable for light and medium loads (such as electronic equipment).

4.Seal and lubrication system
Dust-proof design (oil scraper, sealing end cover) prevents impurities from entering.
